ADMIN AND BRAND MANAGEMENT
At The Biomechanics Lab, our vision is to facilitate the path to better health so our patients can reach their full potential.
To help us live this vision, we are looking for an outstanding individual to join our Admin team and contribute to the continued growth of our clinic. This is a diverse role split across marketing, brand management and admin support that will give great job satisfaction.
This role will suit a creative individual with graphic design experience (Adobe suite and Canva experience is ideal) as well as experience in managing Social Media (Facebook and Instagram) and Email marketing accounts (Mailchimp).
Workload and renumeration is negotiable depending on skill set.
Key Job Roles
You will contribute to the management of our brand both online and in person in the clinic. You will be tasked with execution of strategy aimed at building engagement with prospective, patients referrers and staff.
You will use skills in graphic design to contribute to our online marketing and digital strategy. This includes management of our website, social media pages and electronic database communication.
You will assist in maximising the experience for every patient attending an appointment at The Biomechanics Lab. This includes both managing appointments for patients as well as, providing admin support to staff
