You have been referred to undergo a strength test as part of your management plan.
Our strength testing uses innovative technology that allows our practitioners to understand your muscles’ ability to support and control your joints.
During your assessment, we are able to measure any asymmetries evident in your right or left side. This information helps our practitioners to understand the cause of your symptoms and better tailor a treatment plan to your individual needs.

WHY IS MEASURING STRENGTH SO IMPORTANT?
Measuring how well your muscles are supporting you when you walk, jump or play sport, assists us in understanding any issues, pains or inefficiencies your muscles may have in your path to pain free movement.
WHAT WILL THE RESULTS SHOW?
The results will provide valuable data for our practitioners to better prescribe and tailor a personalised Strength and Conditioning program to optimise your movement. Additionally, we compare your results to a normative database, providing valuable insight into how your muscle performance stacks up against the average population, ensuring a more precise and customised approach to your care.
HOW LONG WILL THE TEST TAKE?
We allow 30 minutes for your Strength Test to be carried out in our innovative Lab. Your results will be available immediately in your following consultation with one of our experienced practitioners.
